A recent study by Roskachestvo revealed an alarming trend: many brands of butter on store shelves do not correspond to the declared composition. Manufacturers, trying to save money, add vegetable fats to the oil, selling counterfeits at the price of a natural product.
Experts found plant components in the butter, which should contain 82.5% milk fat. Even in well-known brands such as “Solnechnaya Dolina” and “Derevenskaya Burenka”, vegetable fats were also found in oil containing 72.5% fat.
