Rostelecom provided 13 Vyatka villages and villages with mobile Internet

Rostelecom provided access to wireless Internet and voice communications to residents of 13 small settlements in seven districts of the Kirov region. Base stations are installed in villages and villages where no more than one hundred people live. Since December, over a thousand villagers have been able to use 4G/LTE mobile communications.

Base stations are connected via optical lines providing high data transfer rates. Towers 25-30 meters high are located in places of best signal reception and transmission, so that communication services are available to subscribers throughout the populated area.
