Rubizh intercontinental missile – the EU reacted to the Russian attack on the Dnipro

The European Union has seen a notice of application by Russia intercontinental ballistic missile during the morning attack on Ukraine and is currently assessing the full picture.

This was stated by the spokesperson of the European Commission Peter Stano, “EP” reports.

“Obviously, such attacks will mean another obvious escalation from Putin's side. Over the last period of time, we have actually felt no shortage of signs of further escalation of the conflict from Putin's side,” Stano emphasized.

Attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure are not a sign that the “Fuhrer” is seeking de-escalation, Stano believes.
