Russia, China and Iran seek to influence politics: FBI command post is open 24/7 through elections
The FBI is reviewing information on all threats.
The FBI command post has been open 24/7 since Nov. 1 and will remain open for at least nine days to ensure election security.

“This command post is an opportunity for us to bring people together, all the different subject matter experts here at FBI headquarters and in the field, and we bring in our partners to get intelligence and threats that come in and we can disseminate this information to key partners, namely state and local officials in the United States of America,” said Jim Barnacle, Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI's Criminal Investigations Division.
The command post is staffed by 80 people from more than a dozen agencies, from the US Capitol Police to the US Postal Inspection Service.
