On the morning of November 17, Russia massively attacked the Ukrainian energy system.
This was announced by the Minister of Energy Herman Galushchenko.
The enemy is striking electricity generation and transmission facilities throughout Ukraine.
“The operator of the transmission system has urgently introduced a mode of emergency power outages. Where possible, rescuers and energy workers are already working on eliminating the consequences. The light will win,” Galushchenko said.
