The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation boasted about testing such a ballistic missile in combat conditions, referring to the Oreshnik strike on the Dnipro.

On Sunday, December 29, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov stated this in an interview with the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti.
“Our moratorium on the deployment of the IDF is already practically unsustainable, and we will have to give it up,” he said.
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry justified this position of Moscow by the fact that the USA, according to him, “ignored warnings from Russia and China and in practice proceeded to deploy weapons of the specified class in various regions of the world.”
