Russian missile attack on Odesa on November 18: there are dead and wounded

Civilian infrastructure was also damaged as a result of the Russian strike.

On Monday morning, November 18, Russian troops attacked Odesa with ballistic missiles, and as a result of the strike, a high-rise building was hit.

Oleg Kiper, the head of Odesa Regional State Administration, announced this.

“Russian terrorists launched a missile attack on Odesa. There are victims and wounded,” he told about the consequences.

According to him, civilian infrastructure, in particular residential buildings, was damaged as a result of the shelling.

Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak and Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets confirmed the missile attack on Odesa. Yermak stated that the Russians had purposefully killed people by hitting civilian infrastructure, while Lubinets noted that residential buildings were hit.
