The officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Serhiy Tsehotskyi, told about this on the air of “KYIV24”.

According to him, the assault attempt was unsuccessful for the Russian military. In turn, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are closely monitoring the events on this part of the front – on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region.

“Putin's goal before the inauguration of the US president (Donald Trump – Ed.) is to make them have more trump cards for negotiations. At the same time, it must be understood: as soon as the enemy feels some weakness somewhere, he can transfer reserves there. They have reserves, they are accumulating.
