Russians were allowed not to pay for utilities: the savings are impressive

Housing and communal services expert Andrei Fradkin is confident that improving the situation with payments for utility services can help improve financial literacy and the use of new technologies. In an interview with Lenta.ru, he proposed five methods for reducing the cost of paying utility bills.

The first step is to receive subsidies and benefits provided by the state to certain categories of the population, such as low-income families, pensioners, disabled people and parents of large families. The expert noted that the ability to receive these benefits often depends on income level, so even those who were previously denied should periodically check up-to-date information about their rights.
