The countries of the European Union are preparing the 15th round of sanctions against the Russian Federation despite possible changes in US foreign policy. The 27 EU members send their wishes to Brussels.
EUobserver writes that this is the first stage of the procedure, after which meetings of the commission with EU diplomats and discussion of the text of sanctions in the EU Council will begin. It is likely that a new package of restrictions will be prepared for the third anniversary of the full-scale war in Ukraine.
