It is planned that the 65-year-old specialist will again work in the KFF refereeing and inspection department. The initiative to invite Borisov comes from General Secretary Sayan Khamitzhanov.
Let us add that Alexander Borisov was born in Semey and played for the local Spartak almost his entire career. After completing his career, he worked as an arbitrator and then as an inspector.
