Sergei Zavyalov officially took office as head of Kirovo-Chepetsk on November 19

The inauguration of the newly appointed head of the municipality took place in Kirovo-Chepetsk. The details were shared by the press service of the local mayor's office.

On Tuesday, November 19, in Kirovo-Chepetsk, Sergei Zavyalov solemnly assumed the post of head of the city. Present in the hall were delegates from the regional government, the Legislative Assembly, deputies of the local city duma, as well as heads of leading enterprises and organizations of the second city in the region.

Upon taking office, Sergei Zavyalov promised to conscientiously fulfill his powers and work for the benefit of the residents of Kirovo-Chepetsk. A number of officials congratulated the mayor on receiving the new position, including the former head of Kirovo-Chepetsk Elena Savina and the regional Minister of Internal Policy Denis Ikonnikov.
