Irish fighter, number seven in the welterweight rankings UFC Ian Garry reacted to the statement of his future rival, the representative of Kazakhstan Shavkat Rakhmonovoccupying third place in the table of ranks, writes Sports.kz.

Shavkat and Ian will fight each other on December 7 in the co-main event of the UFC 310 tournament. On social networks, “Nomad” said that he was “disappointed in the welterweight division” due to the fact that a number of other famous fighters did not agree to fight him.

“I agree that this division is very disappointing – but you and I knew this day would come, so let’s put on a show…” the Irishman wrote in response to Rakhmonov’s post.
