In the Khmelnytsky region, the head of the medical and sanitary expert commission No. 2 of Mariupol was informed of the suspicion that he demanded a bribe for establishing a disability.
This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
“This MSEK is temporarily stationed in Khmelnytskyi and makes a decision on the establishment of disability groups for internally displaced persons from the Donetsk region and other temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine,” the message reads.
According to the investigation, the doctor demanded $5,000 for a positive “resolution of the issue” regarding the establishment of the III disability group. The woman was detained while receiving funds.
More than $20,000 in cash was seized during the search. The issue of choosing a preventive measure and her suspension is being resolved.
