Should Ukrainians expect new taxes in 2025?


The decision to retroactively raise taxes in December was a result of wartime circumstances.

The head of the parliamentary committee on finance, tax and customs policy, Danylo Hetmantsev, explained that the decision to raise taxes “retroactively” was forced and justified, although not ideal.

In an interview with Suspilno, he also assured that no new tax changes are expected in 2025, unless there is a critical need.
