Military personnel who return from the SOC before this date will have all social guarantees restored.
Military personnel who voluntarily return to service before January 1, 2025 after leaving the unit without permission (SOCH) will be reinstated with all social guarantees.
Tatyana Sapyan, Communications Adviser of the State Bureau of Investigation, spoke about this during the United News telethon.
She noted that restoration with all social guarantees applies only to military personnel who for the first time left their unit without permission or deserted.
“They are expected in their military units and will be fully reinstated in service,” Sapyan emphasized.
