Russia assumed that Ukraine would urge South Korea to hand over new Hyunmoo-5 ballistic missiles capable of destroying bunkers to its troops.
Program Director of the Academy of Political Sciences Alexander Stepanov, in a comment to the TASS propaganda agency, said that Kyiv is now exploring the possibility of obtaining South Korean medium- and short-range missiles:
“Recently, a product of the local military-industrial complex was presented there – the Hyunmoo-5 missile. This is a heavy missile with a range of 3.5 thousand kilometers. It fits into the INF classification – a range of up to 5.5 thousand kilometers.”
