Viktor Yagun commented on Russia's new nuclear doctrine.

The state of Russia's nuclear weapons is unknown due to high corruption, because in order to ensure the high-quality maintenance of such weapons, significant funds are needed. And they were either stolen in the Russian Federation, or were absent altogether.

This was said by the Director of the Security Sector Reform Agency, SBU Reserve Major General Viktor Yagun on Kyiv 24.

He emphasized that the last Russian nuclear tests were unsuccessful.

“The Russian Federation has run out of arguments, except for nuclear weapons, which are somewhere “in the family storeroom”. No one has seen them, no one knows in what condition they are.
