As the law enforcement officers learned, the perpetrator turned out to be a 16-year-old local resident who was involved in criminal activities by the Russian Federation and who helped the Russians prepare a new airstrike in the region.

“In order to “bypass” the Ukrainian air defense, the agent had to identify and transfer to the aggressor the coordinates of the anti-aircraft missile systems and radar stations of the Armed Forces defending the border area,” the report says.
