Ubisoft showed the transformed stealth system from Assassin's Creed Shadows. It promises the most advanced stealth mechanics in the history of the series.

The developers abandoned the tame eagle, which could be used to scout out a location before trying to penetrate it. Now the player, as in the old parts, will have to walk around the location himself, mark enemies and look for tactical paths.

The game also features the series' classic Eagle Vision. This will make it easier to scout locations and find key targets.

For the first time in the history of the series, the hero can hide in the shadows. Naoe can also extinguish light sources to create safe zones for herself.
