“This whole system seems to have moved from the former MSEK, which are tangential and, in fact, so to speak, put a shoulder to this reform, because it was impossible to simply cancel the MSEK and not transfer the functions anywhere,” Stefanishyna said.

According to the official, she personally submitted 119 amendments to this draft law, as the draft had both positive and problematic aspects in the first reading.
