The general believes that Ukraine needs to carry out more strikes on targets in Crimea and the Kerch Bridge.
Allowing Ukraine to use long-range Western weapons against targets on Russian territory is bearing fruit. Ukrainian troops have already managed to strike key enemy targets.
The American general, ex-commander of the US Army in Europe Ben Hodges spoke about this in a commentary for RBC-Ukraine.
“Ukraine is hitting the right targets, such as ammunition depots and headquarters,” he said.
The American general added that the Ukrainian military needs to carry out more attacks on targets in Crimea and the Kerch Bridge. According to him, it is the peninsula that remains the “decisive theater of war.”
