Russia will try to divert attention from granting Ukraine permission to use Western long-range weapons deep into Russian territory. This opinion was expressed on Channel 24 by military expert Alexander Musienko.
“I admit that a version will appear that Ukraine received some kind of ATACMS, which it was able to reprogram and is now launching. And accordingly, these “decisive actions” should already be against Ukraine. And against Ukraine everything is already known and prepared – strikes against civilian facilities, energy. We understand perfectly well that the enemy will prepare these attacks for the fall and winter. And we have already seen these attacks.
