Submission of applications for reparations for any crimes of Russia will become available in 2025 – Fedorov
A total of 45 categories will be launched.
Ukrainians will be able to submit applications for compensation for damages caused by Russia as early as next year.
This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
In the first half of 2025, it is planned to launch all 45 categories of applications to the international register of losses for Ukraine.
According to Fedorov, these categories will include:
- reparations for damage or destruction of housing;
- compensation for damage to life and health;
- statements about destroyed cars;
- losses due to forced abandonment of the home.
Data collection for the Register continues from April 2024. The largest number of applications have already been received from the Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
