The adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of a law on the voluntary return to service of military personnel who left their units without permission does not solve the problem, since the number of military personnel is only increasing.
Military psychologist Andrei Kozinchuk spoke about this on Novosti.LIVE.
