“T Plus” connected clients to a new boiler house in Kirov

The Kirov branch of T Plus connected residential buildings and industrial facilities to a block gas boiler house located on Potrebkooperatsii Street, 10 in Kirov. A new heat source with a capacity of 1.26 MW replaced the fuel oil boiler house of the oil depot.

The boiler house is equipped with three gas boilers of 420 kW each with an efficiency factor of 93% (in the old oil boiler house – 66%). While eight employees were required to service the old boiler house, the new one is fully automated and controlled remotely from the central control room of Kirov Heating Networks. But the main thing is that the volume of pollutant emissions with the transition to gas fuel will be reduced from 45 to 1.9 tons per year (-96%), which will significantly affect the environmental situation in the microdistrict.
