The Taliban-controlled Afghan Ministry of Defense, without directly mentioning Pakistan, claims that the strikes were carried out “outside the 'hypothetical line' – the official border between the countries, which the Taliban does not recognize.
“Several points behind the hypothetical line, which served as centers and hiding places for attackers and their supporters who organized and coordinated attacks in Afghanistan, were fired back from the south-eastern direction of the country,” the statement said.
