Tatyana Krupa was kept in custody and her bail was reduced

Tetyana Krupa's lawyer said that all funds of the client have been seized and Krupa's family has no way to deposit or borrow them.

The Appellate Chamber of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court decided to keep the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission, Tetiana Krupa, in custody with the alternative of paying bail in the amount of UAH 300 million. The term of detention was set until December 3, 2024. In the event of a deposit, Krupa should be notified of a change of residence, a passport and other documents for traveling abroad should be submitted.

Thus, the pledge was reduced from UAH 500 million to UAH 300 million.
