The head of one of the municipalities of the Kirov region has changed. The new leader was announced from the district administration in the village of Tuzha.

On Friday, November 8, a meeting of the local district council was held in Tuzhe. During it, deputies chose a new head of the municipality from two candidates. Tatyana Lobanova received the most votes. It is reported that her inauguration will take place a week after the elections, on Friday, November 15.

Until she takes office, Leonid Blednykh will continue to lead the Tuzhinsky district. At the end of October, after five years in office, he announced his resignation. Governor of the Kirov Region Alexander Sokolov thanked the official for his conscientious work.
