The publication of the law has been postponed so that it comes into force on December 1.
The law on increasing taxes will come into force on December 1, and not on November 29, as reported by the head of the Verkhovna Rada’s financial committee, Daniil Getmantsev.
“A sleepless night is the result – the resource law will come into force on December 1, 2024. It will be published on November 30, respectively. Common sense has won. We will consider this the printer’s mistake,” he said in a new publication on his Telegram channel.
People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak also noted that until December 1, military taxes will be calculated, as before, at a rate of 1.5%.
“The publication of Law 11416-d on the increase was withdrawn or postponed… In short, it will now be published only tomorrow (November 30) and will come into force, as planned, on December 1,” wrote…
