Teamwork for a common result

The Pizhansky customer service office has been among the leaders in the corporate rating for a long time. It’s all about the staff and their responsible attitude to the tasks assigned to them, says office manager Igor Laptev.

Leaders are not born. He graduated from the cooperative technical school in Kotelnich, the Vyatka Agricultural Academy (now the Vyatka State Technical University) with a degree in Economics and Management of an Agricultural Enterprise.

I have quite a lot of work experience. I tried myself in different fields: I was engaged in entrepreneurship, worked in Pizhansky RAIPO in various positions, and in an insurance company. I already had management experience when I decided to apply for a vacancy at the Kirov branch of EnergosbyT Plus.
