Telecom Daily identified the Kirov provider with high speed fixed Internet

IAA Telecom Daily has identified the top Internet providers in the Kirov region. MTS scored the maximum number of points in Kirov, which became the leader in the speed and quality of Internet access services.

The study operated on five criteria:

— ping (Ping);

— download speeds: average and maximum;

— speeds in the return channel (Upload): average and maximum.

One of the main quality characteristics is ping, or signal latency. Demonstrates the stability of an Internet connection and describes how quickly a data packet is delivered to the server and returned back. Accordingly, the lower the Ping, the faster the whole process goes.
