It's very cold in the highlands today.
It's very cold in the Carpathian highlands today. There is severe frost in the mountains, and the wind is still blowing. Mountain rescuers of the Carpathian region reported this on Facebook.
As of the morning of December 13, it is cloudy, foggy, and limited visibility on Mount Pop Ivan Chernogorskiy.
“The north wind is 8 m/s, the air temperature is -14°C,” rescuers say.
They also published a photo from the top, in which everything was covered with snow.
On Friday, December 13, Ukraine will be between the influence of the Ernst anticyclone and the recent cyclone. The amount of precipitation will decrease significantly, but the wind will increase and icy conditions are expected on the roads. Forecaster Natalya Didenko spoke about this.
