The auction for the development of Lipatnikov Avenue will be held in Kirov on January 22

In Kirov, it became known about an auction for construction on the territory near the future Lipatnikov Avenue. The portal bnkirov.ru drew attention to the published documentation.

On Wednesday, January 22, bidding will take place in Kirov for the right to conclude an agreement on the integrated development of the territory (CDT) located along Lipatnikov Avenue. According to the documents, the developer will be given the right to build on an area of ​​more than 53 hectares.

The auction will take place in the format of an electronic auction. The initial price was set at 21 million 542 thousand rubles. The winning bidder will enter into a 20-year CRT agreement with the city administration.
