Azerbaijan put forward demands to Russia: admit guilt in the downing of the plane over Grozny.

An Azerbaijan Airlines plane was driven out of control by means of electronic warfare (EW) and fired from the ground in the territory of Russia, near Grozny, which led to its crash.

This was stated by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in an interview with Azerbaijani television.

According to him, after the opening of the black boxes, more details of the disaster will become known, in particular, why the plane could not land in Grozny. He also emphasized that it is important to find out exactly how the means of radio-electronic warfare affected the control of the aircraft and how the impact and the explosion in the air affected the situation. The President noted that attempts to deny these facts are absurd and senseless.
