The rating was published by the authoritative portal BoxRec, which in 2005 was officially recognized by the Boxing Association Commission.
Vladimir Klitschko was recognized as the best Ukrainian boxer. He retired from the sport in 2017 with 64 wins, 54 of which came by knockout.
