The current US administration is working to use all remaining funds to support Ukraine before the end of its term on January 20.
This was stated by White House spokeswoman Karin Jean-Pierre during the briefing, writes Ukrinform.
“I don't have any numbers or estimates for you about how much money will or will not remain (to help Ukraine – ed.) over the next 45 days… but we are committed to implementing this money,” said a representative of the Biden administration.
She commented on recent media reports citing sources in the administration that the current government is unlikely to have time to use all remaining funds from the aid package approved by Congress in April.
