British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said he has no intention of talking to the Russian dictator by Putin.

Journalists asked Starmer about German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's decision to hold a conversation with Putin.
“It's Chancellor Scholz's business with whom he talks. I don't plan to talk to Putin,” he replied.
The British Prime Minister noted that soon it will be a thousand days that Russia has been waging war against Ukraine.
In addition, he recalled that North Korea has also sent its troops to help the Russians, which shows the Kremlin's desperation, but has “serious consequences for European security.”
