According to Aliyev, Zainutdinov faces problems due to the lack of stable playing practice.

“When you haven’t played for a long time, it’s difficult to get into the rhythm of the game, especially in a club like Besiktas. This leads to injuries and misunderstandings with partners, especially in defense. Zainutdinov is more effective in attack, but in defensive actions there is a noticeable lack of coherence,” the coach emphasized.

Aliyev noted that he watches almost every Besiktas game and sees that the team consists of strong individual players, but they lack team synchronicity.
