Rolls of toilet paper with job descriptions were placed in the toilets of Nottingham University, home to a prestigious engineering school. Essity came up with this initiative as part of its goal to employ graduates and potential talent in the field of engineering and manufacturing.
The company's recruiters also conducted a survey of 1,000 students, which found that 31% of them find the prospect of finding a job overwhelming, and 21% have no idea where to start after graduation.
