The Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft decree amending the current legislation regulating military service in the State Border Service.

The main provisions include:
Transfer to service during mobilization: conscript border guards will be able to be transferred to service during mobilization.
Leave for treatment after injuries: border guards who have been wounded or injured will be given the opportunity to be treated with full pay.
Contract service: border guards who were originally called up during mobilization can now continue to serve under contract.
