The cost of housing in the Kirov region will fall by 9 percent in January 2025

The Russian Ministry of Construction has announced new standards for the cost of one square meter of housing. The draft document appeared on the portal of regulatory legal acts.

Before the start of the new year, the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation prepared an order that spelled out new standards for the cost of a square meter in different regions of the country. These values ​​are planned to be introduced in the first half of 2025. On average across the country, the standard cost per square meter will be set at 107.6 thousand rubles, which is 1 percent less than the same figure for 2024.

As for the Kirov region, the new standard price per square meter in the region from January will be 86 thousand rubles. For comparison, for the second half of 2024, the standard was set at 93.5 thousand rubles. This is almost 9 percent above the new 2025 level.
