The bill concerns military personnel who voluntarily left the service for the first time

The Parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence recommended Verkhovna Rada to adopt in the second reading and as a whole the draft law, which allows military personnel who left it voluntarily to return to the service.

This was reported by a member of the committee Iryna Frizwrites “Interfax-Ukraine”.

Iryna Friz noted that this bill is being prepared for consideration at the next plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada.

“Scandalous because of the possibility of legalizing desertion and adopted in the first reading, draft law No. 12095 was carefully revised before the second reading and brought into line with the current legislation,” said Frize.
