Arseniy Bessonov received a preventive measure in the form of house arrest

The court in Dnipro chose a preventive measure in the form of round-the-clock house arrest for a period of 60 days to 17-year-old Arseniy Bessonov, involved in a traffic accident in Dnipro, as a result of which a 10-year-old girl died.

This was reported by a TSN correspondent from the courtroom.

Arseniya Bessonov is charged with failure to provide assistance to victims, which is punishable by up to 5 years in prison.

The minor involved in the accident himself denies guilt. “I don't understand what I am guilty of. I am also a victim,” he said in the courtroom.

As it became known during the meeting, Arseniy does not work or study anywhere. He was expelled from the educational institution in August.

The father claims that he did not know about it. The minor lived separately from his father – together with a friend who was driving a BMW.
