The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure for the head of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (CRAIL) Ivan Rudoy in the form of detention without the right to bail. Suspilne reported this.
According to the court decision, Rudy will remain in pre-trial detention until February 4, 2025. He is suspected of facilitating the activities of Russian online casinos in Ukraine.
Rudy himself, in a comment to Suspilny after the preventive measure was chosen, stated that the charges against him were fabricated.
