“Case” by Ihor Kolomoiskyi
We will remind, on September 2, 2024, the deadline for holding Kolomoiskyi in custody expired. The preventive measure against the businessman was changed to bail. However, Kolomoisky is still in prison.
The case, due to which the businessman is still in pre-trial detention center, concerns the events of 2003, when an attack was made on the director of one of the legal companies in Crimea. This case was reopened on the same day as the “Privatbank” case.
