Six traitors who fought on the side of Russian troops in Donetsk received a prison term.

The Security Service of Ukraine has gathered an evidence base regarding their participation in attempts to break through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Pokrovsky and Toretsk directions.

“In the fall of this year, those involved were captured during fierce fighting on the eastern front,” the message reads.

One of them, who was captured for the second time, was exchanged for the Ukrainian military in 2022, and this time he was captured after Russian forces left him without ammunition.
