The redirection of 23 billion hryvnia for the purchase of shells through the State Border Guard Service took place due to the risk of non-use of funds, the Ministry of Defense explained.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine commented on the decision to redirect 23 billion hryvnia to the State Border Service of Ukraine (SBSU), noting that there was a risk of non-use of these funds, despite contact with the Defense Procurement Agency.
This is stated in the official response of the Ministry of Defense to a request from LIGA.net.
