This opinion was expressed by the head of the Russian Research Center, ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Volodymyr Ogryzko, in an interview with “Glavred”
“Unfortunately, according to my calculations, the whole of next year will be a year of hostilities, since the preconditions that could put an end to this war will not appear. First of all, I mean Russia's ability to continue the war,” the diplomat says.
In his opinion, as soon as Ukraine and the West take away Russia's ability to wage war, it will end. Until this happens, Russia will continue hostilities despite all the Kremlin's statements about readiness for negotiations.
