Not every porridge will be useful by default for a person suffering from problems with the stomach and digestion in general, an endocrinologist and nutritionist warned Anton Polyakov. But at least one will definitely suit people with gastrointestinal problems, Sports.kz reports with reference to Edimdoma.ru.
“Not just oatmeal: a nutritionist shared a recipe for porridge that can be eaten with gastritis,” reads the title of an article on the Edimdoma.ru website.
For gastritis, erosions and other inflammatory diseases of the stomach, you should not, for example, barley, pearl barley and millet. They may not be eaten as often, but they are used for variety. Oatmeal, rice and buckwheat porridge can be left in the diet unless the attending physician has indicated individual contraindications. Along with the three basic options (or instead of them), you can also include flaxseed porridge in the menu.
